lol U-Turn team is so much fun, people just like switching everything into Scyther to take an Aerial Ace or a insert Figthing resist into Primeape only to get hit by U-Turn and then another U-Turn :3
Threats:
Regirock-Primeape and Top can CC but they dont OHKO, Ambi can Low Kick for some damage but other then that Scyther and Swellow are walled <.<
Steelix- Havent seen one yet but you can see why it would be lol
Registeel- Fuck you and your Thunder-Wave

I guess because putting Clefable and Chansey on the same team is stupid, doesnt work, really dumb, doesnt work, and did I mention stupid?
Because Encore is a total waste on a STALL team so things like RestTalkers can shit all over you.
And because Clefable can handle a +2 Houndoom, Specs Manectric, Specs Zam, LO Moltres, and a whole bunch of other things that rape it.
