you do the time finder and everything else the same way =/
hit your delay and advance with elm calls :D

advance the frame with elm calls
Or if high frame and catching walk around aimlessly and when you think your close check your frame via elm calls (note isnt 100% reliable)
and BAM got your poke ^________^_^_^___^_
