And, to my knowledge, you can go ahead and legally hack your Pokemon for use over Wi-Fi. Just don't trade the Pokemon. Also announce to your opponents that you are using legal hacks. As for Pokemon Battle Revolution, I am pretty sure your hacked Pokemon will turn out to be Bad Eggs. It's only through DS Wi-Fi that you can use these legally hacked Pokemon.
