    the last sentence of the first paragraph should read shouldn't be taken lightly.

    I'd like to apologize for possibly rushing the Create-A-Team project... No one ever really said anything, so I guess I assumed that we were going at a decent enough pace. I'll let you and the others have as much time as you want to test out the team more, if you'd like.
