I saw your post before the edit. I've responded in the thread now, but the short version is that it's impossible to recover date, time, etc. from the raw seed.

Female pokemon are, generally, rarer than males (like 8:1 for starters, for example).
There are abilities and moves that make the opposite gender fall in love, and have a chance of not attacking.
