But for the Rayquazas, we should use 4th Gen carts for the trading, since my shiny Jolly/Adamant rayquazas are still in my 4th Gen.

Jolly one is 31/31/30/x/31/31
Adamant one is 31/31/30/x/30/31.
Not perfect, but at least its not like 5/31/13/25/22/10, or something crappy *lol*
IIRC, I think Jolly Rayquaza is Agent Q.
And Adamant one is, uhh, not too original, but it's Galaxia.
