"EVOLI" means you bread it on a German cart.
You gave it to your EV trainer as an Eevee. He trained it, and evolved it into Jolteon. Your EV trainer did not evolve it into Jolteon on a German cart.
The invalid trash bytes come from evolving it on a cart of a different language than the language of the cart the egg originally hatched on.
Check my response in SQ/SR. I think I have your answer.
