To be honest, it's going to be a while until I can make my own trade thread anyways (not including the whole day it takes to fill it with Pokés/sprites/etc.)

I have 12,000 posts on another foruming site that I gathered within 6 months without spamming - don't be suprised if I reach that amount here too.
Also, most of them are more than viable.
There's a Free Mode and a Rating Mode. The Rating Mode is similar to how ladders work on simulators, while Free mode is just for fun.
It allows (most of) the same Pokémon as OU does; so why is it not safe to say that both (insert random battle simulator here) and Random Matchup use the OU tier?
Those are the only two possible assumptions, seeing how you didn't explain further as to why you believe that.
