So we're already going 10 miles over the speed limit, and he's swirving in and out of the double yellow line to try and pass us. So than we come to a 6 lane road (3 on each side), as he speeds up to pass us. I flip the fucker off for being a douchebag.

Kokuhaku pretty much means "doing love," so basically a reference to sex. More or less is how I understand it. No koto ga suki is a more prepped up / the idea of. So basically "I like the idea of you and me" is pretty much the definition of it. Ga suki just means I like / love you in a more common way.

Click Find Compatible Seeds, and see what comes up.
Once you find the fastest time you can do, now you can take your PID, and find the ID/SID's that are within your reach. I don't suggest doing the delay you just got, as it requires a lot of quick A pressing a lot.
I would suggest doing something quite a bit above it to make it easier on your.
Also might need to test how fast you can get out of the "Red Gyarados" TV Screen. As I have only ID/SID abused on a ROM, so I can pause, and make a save state at it ends. So I don't know how fast it can be gone through, or how quick.

Well, first find out what the fastest delay you get.
So what you do is go through the beginning as fast as you can. Making sure you know what minute you're on when you first get into the game (once the Red Gyarados screen goes away).
When you get into the game. Just pause it, go to your Trainer card.
Go to RNG reporter, open Pandora's Box. Input the data in the boxs on the far right of the window.
The ID you got, Month, Day, Year, Hour, Minute. Minimum and Maximum delay. Since you'll be hitting a relatively high delay. You probably should fill in 3,500 as minimum and 5-8 thousand as maximum. Depending on how fast you think you were.
