  • Ah nvm I think pokecheck removes all pokeballs... bleh. I don't think you want to deal with RNGing a pokemon then trying to catch it with only a handful of balls and failing to catch it...

You don't have R/S/E do you? If you do you could Pal Park some pokemon with Dive Balls.
Hmm... Hard to choose. If you want I could upload a pokemon on pokecheck.org w/ a Dive Ball and make it public and you could download it as much as you would like through the GTS.
I think you need to download the all 3 one, as that has a registry or something in it for PokeRNG.

    I found this spread:
    PID: B17ADF44 (Bold, ability 0) 31/7/31/30/31/31 (Seed: CA0D0D27, Delay: 3367, Method 1: 22, K (synch): 4, K (no synch): 5) HP Electric 70

I checked the frames, lowest is 4, highest is 13. More than enough to verify. Plus a pretty low delay.
It's still way to low, imo. As you have 3 frames (maximum) to verify. If there are any NPCs it won't be good either.
If you'd still like to try with his spread, by all means go ahead.
Yeah, if you know how to hit a delay. That makes my job that much easier :P

Okay, to start. You're going to need that Bold Syncho mon. Abra and it's forms, Espeon, Umbreon, Mew, and a few other's have it.
Once you have that, save directly in front of Suicune.
Hit your delay, verify with Elm calls, etc.
Advance to minus one of your target frame, exit the Pokegear, talk to Suicune as fast as you can. You should get it :)

I'm going to get you a new seed, as there is only 1 frame with that spread, and it's too low for any good verification of the seed. Let alone roamers would completely destroy any chance of getting it.
Have you ever abused a delay before?

From what the spread says, you're also going to need a synchronizer with a Bold nature.
    PID: 4167FE3A (Bold, ability 0), IVs: 31/31/31/30/31/31, seed: C8080A94, delay: 2697 (year: 2011), method 1: 5, K (synch): 4, K (no synch): None, HP: Electric 70

Generally when you go for high delays you can hit your delay but be 1 second ahead for every ~1000 delay . To fix that I believe you subtract 1 second from your target time (don't let it go below 0 seconds though) and add 60 to the calibrated delay.

I should have some free time on Friday and Saturday nights but I don't want to stay up too late since I have 8am classes during the week. Also, you generally can't go for wild shiny pokemon since the PID is tied to IVs for wild pokemon in 3rd and 4th gen unlike 5th gen. You would have to RNG for your ID/SID first.
I don't have as much time anymore since I started college but I'll see when I can get time. It's basically pretty much doing the second egg RNG but for a stationary pokemon instead. You generally do more frame advances though, and you have to search for a spread with PokeRNG. To help I'll give you a spread to start with (Bold HP Electric):

    PID: B17ADF44 (Bold, ability 0), IVs: 31/7/31/30/31/31, seed: 2B07031E, delay: 787 (year: 2011), method 1: 389, K (synch): 342, K (no synch): 372, HP: Electric 70

That's a lot of frame advances though. For wild pokemon you're using Method K (only the roamers are Method 1 IIRC). Note the synch frames means you'll need a pokemon with Synchronize and the right nature. I'll have to teach you how to do high delays probably for less frame advances for this spread (next message):
ok then :) but I'll be heading to bed anytime now so I wont be able to trade until tomorrow
Sorry about that I was reading and watching videos on a terrble plan crash that happened today. Let me obtain my FC and VM you back.
Yep, I cannot find my Riolu and Hippo so I need awhile to sift through my boxes.
