We have been investigating this and implemented a fix for porygon breaking teambuilder, it was (somehow) ads of all things breaking it. Testing a few other things here seems to indicate we've fixed them all but please let us know if anything issues persist.

No, its not. The engine doesn't support multiple ambiguous generational features (eg: dynamax, tera). It can cleanly handle megas + z moves + one of those because we just lock you into the appropriate gimmick per pokemon based on its item.
