Meh, I'm mainly playing tournaments now. I've been playing OU / UU / NU / VGC / and a tiny bit of LC. I kind of want to get into RU though, since I absolutely blow at it haha

Well, while Rivarly's effect might seem good, it isn't. Lowering Luxray's attack power is really bad, especially since it will get decreased EVERY time it faces Miltank, something that's really common and something Luxray beats most of the time if its Attack is untouched. Intimidate also helps Luxray take a physical hit better too.
