hello :) Yes, should be a good idea, Garbodor in replacement of Roselia, both learn TS and Spikes, similar stats and type. But i think that if u use balanced/stall team Garbodor work better with Wish Support, Roselia dont need Wish support because its has Natural Cure+Rest. Klink in NU was unique, is difficult to change. Torterra RP with Life Orb instead of Klink should work with Spikes and SR support.
