I'm not sure. I just saw this team on some guy's youtube account and decided i liked it so i used it. You should definitely have a hard Sharpedo counter though. He's used a lot and it wouldn't be a wasted teamslot to have him countered. Amoonguss takes less than half and can kill it with Giga Drain and then sleep something else with Spore
