BTW, next time, please don't lie about IV in this forums. Since I'm not a competitor but an event collector, I personally don't mind if the IVs aren't the same as what we negotiate, as long as it's a rare legit event, but I doubt other people here will let it slide so easily if the deal is you'll give them something as competitive as flawless IVs but you instead give them some pokemon with random IVs though. :p
