I'm not quite sure why you'd need to know your seed if it's always 0. What exactly are you trying to do? Breed? Capture? Sweet Scent capture?

It is UT, and it's nature is Careful? I think. I haven't looked at it in a while.
I remember there being a whole debate about whether or not personal black lists should be allowed, and they ruled that they were not allowed. -
