No I don't because I don't have the means to teach furret the 3 moves without my GCN-GBA link cable (did I mention I really suck at emerald battle frontier? o.O).

Imo, they're basically the same.
There are only a few differences: In HGSS, breeding is much easier because there is only 1 NPC. Also, Safari Zone RNG in HGSS is easier because there are no NPCs in the Safari Zone, but there are lots of NPCs in the Great Marsh.
