Sure, you can EV train them. All of the things you listed are on my plat except the stantler which is on HG, so you'd have to add both FCs. Let me know if you're still interested and I'll tell you what spreads to use.

Lol, I actually forgot about them. I hatched two and have two eggs left. RNGReporter was wrong about the possible IVs on them but oh well. RNGReporter said they'd both have these--
HP: 0-31
Atk: 0-29
Def: 0-31
SpA: 31
SpD: 10-31
Spe: 0-31
But they had 25s/26s in nearly every stat, lol. I'll hatch the eggs within about 30 minutes.
