have you followed all of the rules from that post I linked you to? If you can't find it again it's on the front page of the RNGing in all generations thread. If you follow all of the instructions for the PokeRNG then it'll work. I have a feeling that you've either set it up wrong, or you're missing the folder that shows you the spread. the folder is seperate from the actual thing.
well, the Jumpluff can still be used with Seed Bomb>Enchore if you don't feel like re-breeding. yeah, the GTS will consider them hacks if they're altered in any way, and the includes EVs
what're the natures? and I don't see what're worried about. if you're really worried then clone them and EV train one of the clones so you have one UT and one EVd . what movesets will you use?

umm, hate to say this but no 31 in speed doesn't work for ANY salamence. every set needs it. so you'll have to re-breed. after that, dragons go good with Spear Pillar or Battle Castle

Yeah, I got lucky there, I think (haven't run the calc). Do you battle on #smogonwifi or #skarmbliss? If not, I think you might enjoy the competition there. Skarmbliss has tourneys every saturday afternoon, and Smogonwifi does most Sundays.
