Ah that sucks. You might have to try trial and error many times.
What I did was after I RNGed 1 I wouldn't catch it (catch and check that I hit the frame but not save), but let it roam as it doesn't change it's stats after beating the E4 if it isn't dead. I did that til all the roamers had IVs I wanted.
