Gender: Male
IVs: 31/30/30/31/31/30 or any possible HP IV spread that be HP electric in 4th gen.
Egg Moves: Counter/Mirror Coat or Stockpile/Curse or just Stockpile.
Tutor Move: Earth Power
Here's an idea I think will be very good :)
RNG a shiny timid venonat with Baton Pass as an egg move so it can pass a quiver dance to something like Milotic who has great defenses.
Make sure you have Compound Eyes so that Sleep Powder has better accuracy.ill train the milotic and the tyrogue just because they happen to be 2 of my favorite pokes
