    It's not very hard i usually catch to 3rd 4th try. Mewtwo and Deoxys are harder
    I put 30=< for all stats I want and I check synch frames only and I usually get what I want.
    I got a 31/31/31X/31/31 with PID frame 61 this morning lol
    The only guide that he wrote was written up like 2 hours ago...so what guide are you talking about.
    There's are seeds for it but it's like hard to find or something. We didn't bother with it, I just kept reloading the state and chucking the ball. Took like 20-30 times, not a big deal.
    On 4th and 5th gen yeah no problem. On 3rd I did for the first time but only because Kaphotics helped me out with every step. If I plan to do it by myself perfectly I have to try it a few more times.

    Only Method 1 pokes anyways, I'm not gonna bother with Method 2/3/etc

    Yeah, it's basically gonna be all luck. You just have to wait for the NPCs to advance and hope you hit your frame.

    To 20? Well, if you're on an emulator you can track the frame there, so you would just wait until you're on 20 then go in the lab. If you're on a cart it's going to be REALLY hard. It's just luck. :P

    For a starter Chikorita?Lol, NPCs are the only way to advance the frame for any starter. The best thing to do for Chika is find a seed that has a Method 1 frame of 1, 2, or 3 (1 is the easiest).
