A little before you did. I'm pretty sure they don't approve anymore, you just sign up and go. I've been watching the approved Ref list, and it hasn't changed for a long while, despite numerous refs who've done multiple battles.
Hey I'm reffing your match with LS.
Just copy the stuff from MS Word as is, then before you paste it press the button with the two "A"s in the corner. That'll make it so all the formatting from the source you copied from won't show up, just plain text. It'll also allow to view all the formatting in your post as BBC code, which can be helpful at times if you can't figure out why the hell something is bolded to you didn't want bolded and such.
I don't mind VMing. I'll be making a map soon enough.
Crogator is a slum city. It's main business, other than illegal business, is at the power plant. So much smog fills the air that the sky appears reddish, and its life-long inhabitants often suffer from disease. The crime rate is very high, and the streets are rife with gangs.
That stinks...
On another note, you say you want to go to a dangerous city for your mysterious deal? That would be Crogator.

Alright. How about he's belligerent towards your other Pokémon, so you can't use him in a double battle as well? :o
How about he can't be used in two consecutive battles? Or maybe he needs to use all four moves before listening again? There needs to be some form of disobedience, since Anger is coping with his tragedy by lashing out and whatnot.
Hmmm, what would be a good way to imitate disobedience? Also, after soloing Cyrus in the Distortion World, Anger finally begins to respect you, and he no longer disobeys, although the BP cap is due to being attacked by the Honchkrow.
Gave you a Pokémon. Hope you like it. :o Simple to a point, but a tad bit challenging at the same time. Since Gyarados are naturally disobedient, you can substitute that with flipping a coin. :o Maybe you could even witness Cyrus hurting Anger and his family?

The Scramble is going very well. However, I've been really lately and haven't been able to do many updates or even play that much. Hopefully I'll get some time this weekend. Oh, and Ninja the Venipede is a lot better than I thought. Poison Sting+Protect is so awesome. -
