Turning Ttar's head would require a huge amount of spriting work on my part. Repositioning stuff is really hard, you need to change the perspective, the shading, make sure everything matches up with the original; it's pretty hard. Smaller horns would pretty much be the spikes on the side of Ttar's head now extended out a few pixels. There just isn't too much space.
For the size differences... I'll just show you the sprite when I'm done and you can judge it.

Okay, on the Tyranitar, I managed the front horn, but the two side horns just look really awkward. Could I leave those out? Also, the proportions are rather different, since Greymon has a fairly large head. I made the brown part end at the same place, the upper jaw, its just the size difference.

The clothes and hair will be ok to do. I'll try to do the aura and lightning but I don't know if it will work.
