Because Arcanine is a dog, not a dragon. Outrage is somewhat understandable, but not really Dragon Pulse, at least for me. Lol Forretress gets Drill Run.
I find it funny that Arcanine gets Outrage and Dragon Pulse.
I saw. It will appreciate Outrage for Coil sets, and Dragon Pulse for special variants.

Ahh, I'm sorry. I was busy yesterday. It was my second cousin once removed something like that's wedding and my parents sprang it on me last minute, so I wasn't on at almost all yesterday. I'm still up for the match whenever it becomes available, though.
