Great, turns out the cloner's Wi-Fi isn't compatible to his DS. -_-. Well, I have to find a cloner again here on Smogon or someone else. Just post your Generation IV FC that I can use for trading the Mew. I'll VM you if I found someone here on Smogon who can clone our Pokemon. :)
Don't worry, it's one of the most popular Pokemon forums on the internet, and they're even strict for legitimacy and cloning. Here's the thread if it worries you:

Someone from Pokecommunity, on their "Official Pokemon Cloning Thread", since it's so hard to find a cloner here on Smogon. Just use my White FC on my sig. Then when I managed to clone the Keldeo and Mew, use my Diamond FC as well: 0261 2826 7087.
Hey, just found someone who can finally clone. Maybe trade me the Keldeo so that I can clone it to the cloner along with my Mew. Just stay online on Wi-Fi while I got it cloning. Going online now. :)
All done. heading in WiFi now. Additionally could you ludvisc my thread? After I return yourr pokemon, I'll make a note of the three credits I have in your thread.

Mmk dont worry about cloning, I can clone. You can keep a product of the final version for yourself If you desire it, just dont redistribute it or upload it as a public pokemon on pokecheck.

Sure, when to trade? And UT or EV trained? Note that EV trained is in 5th Gen and thus can't change nickname.
Generation 4 has access to Move Tutors, so you'll be able to tutor exclusive moves to your pokemon making them more valuable/wanted
