It's not a code actually.It's a small file with codes in it for many games.So i just put that file to my Flashcard.It has many codes for all pokemon games.
Don't worry about the moves,i'll probably delete some of them from the final moveset.
About the Ev checking,i use a FlashCard.

I think you gave me the wrong Azelf back. Do you have a Charge Beam and Flash Cannon TM? You didn't teach it to the Jolteon or Magnezone
