If you mean where does it show in game; in 5th Gen, it would show in the nature and location screen. It would read somewhere there - "Fateful Encounter"
In 4th Gen, Pal Parked Pokemon does not have this description I believe.

It would be impossible for me to hit a good frame on a cart. Well, actually, it wouldn't be impossible, but it would have taken a LOT longer. :p
You will still need the fateful encounter flag, which is impossible to duplicate, but whatever floats your boat.
The the spread must be under method 3/4, which is under uncommon GBA (I could be wrong). And the fateful encounter flag must be checked.
I don't have any wish events, but I do know that is what Saber said in PO a few months back when he was still active, where he obtained several wish events from "reliable" people.
I think you can only see that with Enciclopedia... lol, I don't know anything either, ask c l e a r, I may be wrong :p
It shouldn't have limited spreads but I'm pretty sure that wish chansey had the "obedience flag", I don't know anything about that, you'll need to ask c l e a r. -
