You need to maximize your Dittos HP EVs cause it's the only stat that it doesn't copy when transforming. Those attack evs are pointless cause it just copies the pokemon it changes to and it's stats. Btw give ditto hp ice IVs just in case.

I see a major weakness to Scizor and Rain Teams. Everything is hit decently hard by banded bullet punch except Forretress, and Gliscor to an extent can take hits. However, Forretress lacks decent recovery and Gliscor is still taking good damage from it. Your problem with rain is also an issue...
