if you run around with the abra or lvl it with exp share it shud pass on the virus eventualy. Just remeber the virus doesnt last forever i think its 24hrs?? so always put a pokemon in the pc that has it just incase you lose it :P
(and if you leave all pokemon that have the virus in your party overnight while you sleep.. they wont be able to catch it again) sorry if you alrdy know this :P
