Okay, how about this? I'll RNG abuse this first egg for IV's, and once I get it, I'll try to get another one that's a male, if someone can teach me how to abuse the RNG for gender.

Getting started. I'm finding my seed right now and seeing if there's any Impish spreads with the right ability.
Because the gender is random when you RNG breed, isn't it? I mean, it still follows according to the usual gender rates of the poke.
