    I think if u had more likes the density increases so you can sink farther down to faint's level, likes are the mass over post volume

    re. your cms submission, what event did pikachu get lightningrod + surf from? i've looked through the databanks that i know of, but all generation VI pikachu with surf that i've found are locked into static

    No the original mention specifying it's viable but forced to run static is right. Surf is still an ok move to run unless I misunderstood

    nah, i left that one in, but there was also a mention on the NP set, and surf is illegal with NP regardless (only pichu learns NP, and none of the surf pikachus were given out with NP)
