Well, I guess it was a lucky seed. Lol. I've tried 8 different seeds so far. It felt like i tried more than i did, lol.
Lol, I guess. But ive never and don't know how to RNG in emerald.
Here this is what I am having trouble with:

Sometimes the IVs match three of the IVs from one frame and three of the next; Emerald breeders will find this familiar as it resembles "split spreads". Sometimes the IVs are one or two off - e.g. an expected spread of 31\19\30\30\31\31 comes out 30\19\30\30\31\31. So, if you're sure you hit the right frame but the IVs still came out wrong, try a different seed.
The effects of Power Items on the RNG and egg IVs is yet to be understood."
However, ill continue tryig different seeds
Hey come on Wifi now. Add that FC I gave u earlier. Ill give the suicune for now. And its not getting IVs thats really hard. Its the fact that the HGSS breeding is way different than DPPt. It's something like emerald where IVs will be off by a frame or 2 regardless of if you hit the correct Frame and delay and etc
