You can use the AR for whichever game you want. And yes that wasn't difficult at all :P Looking forward you to be successfull :)
I learnt it 2 months ago... Yes you can get your pokemon in eggs. And you need an AR, it is a LOT easier to check your IVs when abusing. If you've some chat device like MSN I can explain that to you, that is easy.
Not really, it's easy when you get the hang of it.
I'm hitting a delay of 603 to get my shiny (personal liking) then i've to hit 603 again and 4 as frame to get a 31/x/31/31/31/31 bold meganium. then ill start the other 2. That's not difficult, but, you must be lucky with your delay...

I would seriously just delete them if I were you. Once they're gone, they aren't there to tempt you any more! I released a whole bunch of stuff I wasn't 100% sure about or wasn't from someone I truly trusted on Smogon. I just don't want to take any risks- especially when you can get disqualified from official competitions for one altered poke in your boxes!
Hmm... I would post in SQSR. I don't know how but there are a couple peeps who do do it that visit that thread every so often. I can't remember any of their names off the top of my head tho. =/
