By your comment, do you mean you want to be good at the current VGC ruleset, or Double Battles in general? Because they're very different; VGC2011 is really just a subset of Doubles.

Just with the Everstone, only 50%. My odds are VERY bad, and I'm working on getting the Power Weight.
I'm having a lot of trouble. It's 5% for a DWA girl, then factoring in the IVs and the nature...I am trying to get a Power Weight to pass the 31 HP IV from my father, but that won't help too much. I have had ones with 31s in the Def...but that HP eludes me.
Update: Got the Igglybuff with some chain breeding. Working on Lileep now. :3
Okay. Here's my plan then:
Igglybuff: I'm breeding a male Togepi with the right IVs, since the female has none of the ones I need (and wonderfully, the ones I had had crap Def IVs).
And Lileep is yours put together with my Cloyster and that's that.
And does it have any noteworthy IVs, or is it just a DW female? -
