Okay, so Mew gets Taunted, uses Dragon Tail, forces the foe out, and is now still Taunted and can't basically do anything...

Dragon Tail is so weak lol so, yes, you still do pitiful damage even with base 100 attack. Barely being able to break anything's Subs.

Against standard Froslass: 15.2% - 18.1%
When Psychic does: 37.9% - 44.9%

There isn't even a lot of Pokemon that can use Taunt that outspeed Mew.

Crobat: Psychic
Aerodactyl: Psychic - 33.9% - 39.9% to defensive variant 40.7% - 48% to 4/0.
Weavile: You're not staying in anyways.
Azelf: meh...

I'll mention it in AC because it does have its uses against stuff like RestTalk DD Kingdra and can shuffle through stall teams while Taunting them from recovering.

What does it need Dragon Tail for if it has Taunt to stop things from setting up? Sorry, but I don't agree with slashing it at all. If anything, I'll mention it in AC.
