Seriously, it's easy! ^^ You can even just get yourself an egg the usual way by saving infront of the daycare man and make sure you get the right gender/nature and ability.. then you can RNG the IV's of that egg. =] Just watch some how to videos on Youtube! It's not as hard as you think the first time you see it. lol

Speaking of without RNG, you should take a look at the Eevee I just bred this morning. I'm pretty damn proud of it. From a non-RNG standpoint, anyway.
Yikes, I never took AP Chem. Regretted that one in college - be glad to get it out of the way now. ;)
