Just checked the giveaway; apparently the original owner was able to nickname it using some form of ID abuse, without cheating.
Don't worry about how long it took but the Jirachi is concerning. It's the SMR2010 Wi-Fi Jirachi, which can't be nicknamed without RNGing ID/SID. I'd get someone more qualified than myself to check whether it's hacked. Other than that, thanks for the trade :)
I got the Jirachi from Rugaji; I believe he got it in a giveaway.
