Yeah I don't know any programming at all which u need to add new moves. Old moves are easy to add, I have a program to do it. At the moment I just need smashy to put the server up to see if everything works.
I can lock the thread but why does it need to be locked. I can always remove the moves.

nope. programming is something where you have to do the work yourself from start to finish. i suggest google.
To be blunt, CAM isn't going to be anywhere without programmers, and talented programmers are rare, plus picky: they program for things they are interested in. That's usually the projects they volunteer for, from their own initiative. We don't have any leftover programming resources where we can say "oh, you can have these guys". You'll have to find them on your own.
May I suggest talking to Haunter (the mod)? He's educated and nice, and answer the requests quite fast. Mekkah too, as he's your friend. If this doesn't work, maybe we can do a petition in the CAM social group and send to the mods. I'll be thinking about existing moves to the Pokémon (not too broken, of course:)). I'll be putting the results in the CAM group.

Uh... it's fine if im the hub for CAM.
Lets focus on organizing people and doing pilot tests for pokemon by giving them pre-existing moves. For that, we need a programmer and a server. If these resources aren't available to us, we need to do outreach. Let's try talking to some mods.
I'd like to help with organizing the CAM project, polls and such. First we should add some old moves to pokemon. What do you think? -
