I actually have a level 5 chansey I brought over from my emerald game. It knows these four moves: icywind, softboiled, counter, and seismic toss. These chansey (I have more than 1 all witth the same moves and level 5) were hatched in my emerald game and tought with the move tutor before sending them over via pal parking them.
