I think the target frame is either 756 or 757. Also I used the mimic glitch to get a Mew with sweet scent. If the target frame is 757, then Mew is not needed. I'll test this out tomorrow because I deleted the sav. by accident. (I hope I still have the save states)

As for the IV spread, it's 31/31/31/11/30/31. I suggest you go for high delays (lowers target frames, I think) because the one I'm using has high frames. (Probably a low delay though. I don't remember this because this was a while back) Also it rarely happens, but it can jump high. (Like 40-60 frames for me on an emu)
