Though it doesn't have any useful Hidden Powers, but I think it will still hit hard, especially with Nasty Plot boosts.

I think maybe because it makes it easier to find out what starting frames I hit, because if we use Hidden Power IVs sometimes, it could mean less 31 IVs, and less characteristics, making it vague and unclear for me to find out what frame I hit.
I have to wait for April 1 though to catch it, because that's Prankster Day :p
