well, it'd be 6, but I'm pretty sure you have 2 of them in your shop. Need a modest rotom, adamant magikarp, relaxed koffing w/ pain split, calm chansey, adamant scyther w/ technician, and either a naive smr2010 jirachi, or a defensive-wall inclined dusknoir/skull.

good..lol...because right now, I'm kinda in a state of emergency. I'm entering a tournament on sunday....'the enigma festival'. Each person uses their own unique team, winner gets a shiny latias&latios w/ soul dews. I originally hired 2 BP's to build my team for me, but they backed out last minute...if I gave you a list of pkmn/natures/EV's, think I could have'm before sunday @3pm?

Well, ask Syberia. Here is one last thing to try. Run CMD.EXE as administrator and then launch the program. If that doesn't work I can't help you. I do not support that program. In fact, I didn't want to release it at all specifically because i didn't want to do tech support for it.
my program was not called rse.exe, so i dont even know what you are running. i wrote it on vista, but i logged in as admin.
Don't know what to tell you, sorry.
you dont double click the icon to run it. you open a command prompt and run it from there. i have zero idea how to run it as administrator in that scenario, though, so thats something for you to figure out.
