    Sorry, I can't help you there, I don't have a good way of checking Legitimacy my self :/
    A Pokemon that is RNG'd is just like any other pokemon in game.
    For VGC's I've used a combination of EV's and IV check/Capture, and Fast Hatch (one 2 of my Pokemon) and they have all passed.

    Nintendo don't release their method of Hack Checking as that allows the hackers to exploit it. So I have no idea, the best way is to be safe and use Pokemon you caught yourself or from someone respected/trusted as mentioned before.

    In terms of checking for legitimacy, I always either RNG the pokemon myself or use Pokemon from EE or MattJ (getting it from them directly) basically well respected and trusted people.
    Ok, I'm just trying to catch up on my trades because I have so much pending trades on my chest! Most of the trades are coming from "luvdiscs" and giving pokemon to people who are starting a new thread. I noticed that I got a huge amount a "luvdiscs" ever since I started giving my special offer!

    thanks.. ir-gts worked. Now I'm just wondering what they mean when they say "Emulator used." Basically I'm trying to learn how to do what Oblivia did with Shaymin and give out Pokemon in giveaways.
