  • Hey quick question. I was trying to RNG the Red Gyarados today. I do my elm calls to get to my target frame but it's never the spread I want. I'm guessing either the Gyarados itself is messing it up or the NPC's. But the NPCs aren't moving and I talk to the Gyarados before it moves so I'm wondering if it's something else maybe? He's method K I would assume... maybe I'm wrong. Any insight on this situation?

    A lot of the things in that guide are just unclear. When do you continue? During the first counter or some random time in between both timers in PikaTimer? Because it's nearly impossible if not flat-out impossible if the latter.

    And please make sure that you are able to substitute the Hypno if I do not manage to capture it because I will give up on it if it is too much time consuming =/
    Hey, thanks for the tips! I followed what you said and got my Shiny on the very first try! You should put what you told me about the Arceus event into your guide some how. It was really helpful!
    I'd really prefer it be an egg that I can hatch on my game and it'll have the stats, etc (but that's probably too much of a hassle). Adamant Shiny Chikorita, forgot nature earlier.

    I don't have the Hypno.

    I have to soft reset until I land on a frame between 480.000.000 and 560.000.000 while there are over 4 billion frames, so that might take a loooong time =/
    Do you take RNG requests? I have a 31/31/30/2x/31/31 Relicanth that's level 99 (EV trained already, but he can still be re-EVed) that you can have a clone of for yourself if you wanted.

    ah ok. Let me make sure I'm doing this right:

    I input the PID of my seed in the Desired PID box

    Check the "Search for trainer ID box"

    Leave desired ID empty

    I input year 2010

    Min delay: 6000 Max delay:8000
