Hmm, just out of curiosity, did you already have the NPC leaders for the Light Planet planned out? I was wondering because I wanted to basically have a "behind-the-scenes" moment in the RP (and you know how much I like to play villains, though if Arkaden Port says anything, only if there's actually good guys to manipulate.)

In BbB, after getting everyone else settled, Tobias will exit the underground facility and that is when you can talk to him. You'll need to be quick about it, though.
