im doing biology of cells and chemistry

hmph it might sound like ive got it all planned out but i actually have quite a bit of choice along the way!! ~natural sciences~ is actually a reaaaallly huge field ._.

take for example my cambridge course - i currently have to decide between two subjects (we pick three, but I have the other two settled): evolution and behavior / physiology of organisms, which sounds somewhat similar in the grand scheme of things and such, but idk they're actually pretty different ._.

I'll be about that age when I start working

on a p funny note i'm flying from hk to sg then from sg to heathrow on sg airlines because for some peculiar unknown reason it's cheaper to do that than to fly directly from hk to heathrow on cathay 9.9

they were originally going to make me do one more interview and fly back twice (for a medical and deed signing) i'm just like .________. am i THAT fun to interview gtfo

haha nah, flights between sg and hk are dirt cheap anyway - the option of flying budget aside, the free mileage i get from one hk or sg to heathrow flight is enough to get me one hk to sg ticket lol.

I must say they do sponsor A LOT of things though - one return flight every year, excess baggage allowance, laptop allowance, this thing called "pre-studies allowance" that covers random stuff like visa application and SATs and things we need to buy for uni, and ofc sustenance allowance (which apparently is more than generous lol) and full coverage of all uni-related fees~

basically it's pretty damn good, lol, would definitely recommend if you're going into anything sciencey

though you have to get a first every year and apparently only like 20% of people get it HALP
