    Well not really. The frame doesn't start from 0 but it's random so you can get any spread you want until you land on a near starting frame :)

    I search for near flawless and the nearest was 950 mil:P it's caughtable one fire red cause of the random seeding though

    Nah, I rather have it unnicknamed. And before you pokeshift it, can you teach it stealth rock and give it hidden power and then pokeshift it to the 5th gen., please?
