Those were done on an emulator. I don't know if anyone actually pulled it off on a retail cart yet but I hear it's doable with the right ID/SID combo.

I don't know how to abuse the PID for eggs in Emerald. Just remember that the egg's PID is generated when the old man starts holding it. So if you save before you pick up the egg it will always have the same PID.

physical
F: 3256 A|31|31| x| x| A
F: 19,026 31| A| A| x|31| A

special
F: 18,744 B| x|31|31| x| x
F: 5718 A|16| A| A|31|31

let me explain, you see, for the physical you need to have a parent, ditto recommended, to have a 31 in speed, then when you reach that frame you can generate frame 19,026 with a flawless except for sp.atk using the offspring of A,B in frame 3256. Same goes for special, barring that you need to have 31 hp ditto as parent B and anything as parent A. Then you hit frame 5718, and from there you get a specially based pokemon. Hope you give it a try. and if there are any problems let me know. I honestly don't have a mixed spread yet, since those are mostly high. :) Congratulations on your emerald abuse. :D
