Fixed. I personally thought Hustle's accuracy problem and Zweilous' mediocre base Speed would've helped keep it from being too busted. :(

I'm aware, but Pheromosa doesn't have a horn or anything that looks like one, so I didn't think it would make much sense flavor-wise. The intent for my Mega Pheromosa was for it to be a special attacker, anyway, so it's not that big of a deal.
